Description

During the on-sale period, we will send the device to your home and after completing the 48 hour test, we will retrieve the device and send the test report in 72hours，If the test result is found to be above the standard, you can contact us to install the Mitigation system at your home.

Important facts：

1. Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that is colorless and odorless, invisible to the naked eye. High concentrations of radon may be found in indoor environments such as homes and workplaces.
2. Radon is one of the main causes of lung cancer, estimated to cause 3% to 14% of all lung cancer cases in a country based on national average radon levels and smoking rates. Due to the synergistic effect of radon and smoking, smokers have a higher risk of developing lung cancer.
3. Currently, there are fully tested, durable, and cost-effective methods that can prevent radon from entering new buildings and reduce radon in existing buildings.
Indoor radon concentration can be easily measured through small passive detectors.

Regarding this service:

We provide a 48-hour radon detection service;

This service includes bringing radon detection instruments to your designated location (such as home, office, etc.).

After 48 hours, we will retrieve the radon detector and send you the results via email within 72 hours. If the radon concentration exceeds the excess EPA recommended action level of 200 Bq/m3, we suggest that you take immediate measures to reduce it.

Please note:
1.12 hours before starting the test, we need to close windows in all levels;
2. Keep your indoor temperature between 20 and 26 degrees Celsius;
3. Ensure that all vents openings are open;
4. Door: Momentary entry and exit only;
5. Ensure that any exit radan mitigation systems are on
6. Do not use dehumidifiers and fire
7. Do not use  fans
8. Adviod renovations major cleaning tools (such as dishwashing sinks)
9. Do not place the detector in furniture rooms such as the kitchen and bathroom

During your order period, we will inspect the house to ensure that all steps meet the requirements, and we will answer all questions you ask have.

During the testing:
1. Take the detector out of the bag
2. Follow the instructions provided with the test kit to record the start date, time, and location
3. Place the detector in the chosen location Put the materials received with the test kit (instruction forms, return envelope, etc.) in a safe place
4. Do not move the detector during the testing period

Ending the testing:

After 48 hours, we will retrieve the radon detector and inform you of the results via email within 72 hours.
