We are seeking motivated, personable, and driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to promote our radon testing services. In this role, you will educate homeowners on the health risks associated with radon exposure and offer our professional radon testing services to ensure their homes are safe. As a key part of our outreach team, you’ll provide critical information on radon safety while building trust and driving sales in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Promotion:
    • Conduct door-to-door outreach to homeowners, introducing them to the benefits and importance of radon testing.
    • Provide clear and accurate information about radon, its risks, and the value of radon testing services.
    • Present product and service features, advantages, and benefits, effectively addressing any questions or concerns.
  2. Client Engagement:
    • Build rapport with prospective customers, creating a positive impression of our company and service.
    • Be sensitive to customer needs and tailor the conversation to address individual concerns.
    • Offer personalized service options, such as same-day or next-day testing, and provide cost details transparently.
  3. Education & Awareness:
    • Explain the health impacts of radon exposure in a concise, relatable way.
    • Distribute educational materials and discuss the importance of regular radon testing.
    • Stay informed about industry standards, including acceptable radon levels, to educate homeowners accurately.
  4. Customer Service & Follow-Up:
    • Schedule testing appointments, ensuring follow-up with clients who express interest but do not commit immediately.
    • Maintain strong communication with the testing and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
    • Gather client feedback post-service and address any issues or concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
  5. Record-Keeping & Reporting:
    • Document all interactions and sales outcomes to track leads and conversion rates.
    • Submit daily or weekly sales reports and feedback to help optimize the sales process.
    • Report on customer demographics, concerns, and neighborhood response to aid in refining the sales approach

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, door-to-door sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly.
  • Basic knowledge of radon testing or a willingness to undergo training to gain expertise.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
